WHAT IS GRAIN ROASTING?

Roasting is a process that sterilizes and pre-digests the grain which increases total daily nutrition.Toxic enzymes and molds are slowed by the process of roasting.

In Iowa State University trials, undigested kernel passage was 14% for artificially dried corn, 11% for high moisture corn, and 2% for roasted corn.
